Standard Shipping - Lima

The cost of shipping in the city of Lima is S /. 15.00. Delivery will be made within 7 business days after purchase. In case the purchase has been made on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the delivery will be made within 8 business days after the purchase. In both cases, the delivery time will be between 9 am and 6 pm.


Take into consideration that Our orders are sent by an outsourced courier service, so there could be delays in shipments orcaused by factors external to KILLA.

The cost of shipping to other cities within Peru is S /. 24.00. Delivery will be made within 10 business days after purchase. In case the purchase has been made on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the delivery will be made within 11 business days after the purchase. In both cases, the delivery time will be between 9 am and 6 pm.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

General information

Garment changes are allowed, but we do not manage money refunds. The change can be made within five business days of receiving the product, for this we ask you to coordinate it via WhatsApp +51 995082573.

In the message you must indicate your name and surname, order number, purchase receipt and details of the garment. We would also appreciate if you could tell us the reason for the change of the product. Within the next 48 hours of sending the message, we will contact you to make the change effective. Take into consideration that the costs of transporting the garment for changes and returns are the responsibility of the customer, as well as the integrity of the garment in transit.

To make the change effective, it is essential that the product is in optimal condition, without signs of use and with the labels of the store.

KILLA reserves the right to reject the request to change the product if the conditions described above are not met. Likewise, KILLA will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Take into consideration that the products in Clearance are not subject to changes or returns.

In case of not having the size available for the exchange, a credit note will be issued in favor of the client which can be used as a means of payment in a future purchase. The credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
