Returns & Exchanges


Garment returns or exchanges must be made within 5 business days after you receive the product. The product must be in good condition (no fabric damage) without signs of wear and with hangtags.

If you want to return or exchange a garment, please send us a WhatsApp message at +51 995082573, indicating your name, your order number, and the reason for the exchange. Our team will contact you to assist you with your request.

Please take into account the following:

  1. The shipping costs for exchanges and returns will be borne by the client, as well as the integrity of the garment in transit.
  2. A garment inspection will be performed to confirm it complies with the conditions described above.

If the required article of clothing is not available, a credit note will be issued to the client for use on a future purchase. The credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Refund requests will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for purchases outside Peru.
